Administration

Administrative positions are support to all departments with a focus on accounting and office management.

Positions are in office at our Chino, CA headquarters located at the Chino Airport.

Current Opportunities:

Executive Assistant

Primary function is office management and assistant to accounting department with administrative support to all department heads.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 0830am - 5:30pm

Some afterhours and weekend availability necessary to support company events.

Crew Members

Our crew members are support to aircraft movement with focus on safety, compliance and passenger experience.

PILOTS: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft as well as overall support of the flight program and its various needs.

We primarily offer an 8/6 schedule pending the aircraft account, and allow crew to live at home with provided travel to the aircraft.

CABIN POSITIONS: Accepting contract cabin crew members with opportunity for full time placement.

Orchestrate complex global trip planning and dispatch. Provide 24/7 support to our crews and clients for seamless travel transitions worldwide.

Flight Operations positions are support to charter sales, trip coordination, aircraft and crew scheduling, vendor relations and office support overall.

Current Opportunities:

Charter Coordinator

Primary functions include trip coordination, flight following, crew and passenger support including transport as needed, airline bookings, trip reconciliation, data entry, and overall office and trip support. This position is primarily in office at our Chino, CA headquarters and is required to assist with onsite aircraft arrivals and departures.

Schedule Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm

Maintenance | Hangar Support

Ground support is integral to our fleet. Mach One utilizes industry maintenance professionals in an intimate capacity to support our fleet year round. Through management of base facility, equipment and AOG events, our maintenance support keep our fleet thriving.
